By purchasing any coaching session, mentorship, intensive, digital product, or transformational experience provided by Fristy Sato Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to the following Payment & Refund Policy.
Payment Methods
- Payment for services must be completed before the start of the program, session, or container unless a payment plan has been mutually agreed upon in writing.
We currently accept:

Payments may be made in:
unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Due Date
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or payment request. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in scheduling your coaching sessions or accessing materials.
- If you purchase a coaching package, the total cost should be paid upfront before starting the first session, unless otherwise you applied for the payment plans.
Payment Plans
For eligible programs, payment plans may be offered to support accessibility and nervous-system-safe investment pacing.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full regardless of participation level, personal circumstances, scheduling preferences, or emotional readiness during the program.
Missed or failed payments may result in paused access to sessions, materials, support, or program resources until the balance is resolved.
Payment Plan Terms
To support nervous-system-safe investment pacing, selected programs may offer structured payment plans.
By choosing a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- The first payment is required before the start of the program or first scheduled session.
- Remaining payments will be charged or invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Payment plans are commitments, not subscriptions that may be canceled at will.
- You are responsible for completing the full agreed payment amount regardless of participation level, scheduling preferences, emotional readiness, or personal circumstances during the container.
- Access to sessions, resources, Voxer support, materials, recordings, or membership areas may be paused if payments become overdue.
Automatic Billing & Invoices
Depending on the payment method selected:
- recurring invoices may be issued automatically
- automatic payment collection may be arranged through Stripe, PayPal, or approved payment processors
- manual bank transfer payments must be completed by the stated due date
Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and timely payment completion.
Late Payments
If a payment becomes more than 7 days overdue:
- coaching sessions may be temporarily paused
- access to materials or support may be suspended
- future scheduling may be delayed until the account is brought current
If payment remains unpaid beyond 14 days without communication, the coaching container may be considered voluntarily discontinued without refund.
Early Completion of Payment Plans
Clients may choose to complete the remaining balance early at any time.
No penalties apply for early repayment.
Failed or Declined Payments
If an automatic payment fails or is declined:
- the client will be notified
- a new payment attempt may be made
- alternative payment arrangements may be requested
Repeated failed payments without communication may result in suspension of coaching access.
Why Payment Plans Exist
Payment plans are offered to support accessibility and emotional safety — not to create financial pressure.
This work is designed to help high-achieving women move away from survival-based decision making, including around money, support, and receiving.
Structured payment pacing allows clients to engage with the work from greater nervous system stability and sustainability.
Investment Commitment
Because this work involves emotional, psychological, energetic, and nervous system transformation, client commitment and active participation are essential.
By entering any coaching container, you agree to:
- attend sessions responsibly
- engage honestly with the process
- complete integration practices where applicable
- communicate respectfully and transparently
- take personal responsibility for your emotional wellbeing and implementation
Transformation work is collaborative in nature and cannot be guaranteed through passive participation alone.
THRIVE Safety & Integration Guarantee™
THRIVE Immersion™ includes the THRIVE Safety & Integration Guarantee™.
If a client:
- fully participates in the experience
- attends scheduled sessions
- engages sincerely with the process
- applies the integration work in good faith
yet genuinely feels that no meaningful emotional shift, clarity, insight, or transformation has occurred,
the client may request:
- 4 additional weeks of structured integration support
- including weekly 30-minute private integration sessions designed to support embodiment and nervous system integration
If, after the additional support period, the client still genuinely feels the experience created no meaningful impact, a full refund may be requested.
Refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the additional support period concludes.
This guarantee applies exclusively to THRIVE Immersion™ unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund Policy for Other Offers
Due to the personalized and transformational nature of coaching services, all payments for the following are non-refundable:
- Private Survival Pattern Reset Session™
- Embodied Leadership Reset™
- digital products
- workshops
- masterclasses
- downloadable resources
- completed coaching sessions
Refunds are not provided for:
- missed sessions
- scheduling conflicts
- change of mind
- lack of participation
- failure to complete the program
- dissatisfaction resulting from lack of implementation
- emotional discomfort arising from transformational work
By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that transformation requires personal responsibility, emotional honesty, and active engagement.
Rescheduling Sessions
- Clients may request to reschedule a session with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to coach availability.
- Requests made with less than 72 hours notice may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- To protect the continuity and depth of the transformational process, sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times during the program period. Frequent rescheduling may affect nervous system integration, momentum, and overall coaching effectiveness.
Missed Sessions & No-Shows
- If a client misses a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
- Late arrivals may reduce the available session time in order to protect scheduling boundaries for all clients.
Session Cancellation by Coach
- If Fristy must reschedule or cancel a session due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session time will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
- If a session cannot be rescheduled, a partial refund or session credit may be provided at our discretion.
Program Access & Expiration
Unless otherwise stated:
- Private sessions and packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Unused sessions beyond the expiration period are forfeited without refund.
This policy exists to support momentum, consistency, and meaningful integration.
Scope of Coaching
- Coaching services provided by Fristy Sato are intended for educational, emotional, personal growth, and leadership development purposes only.
- Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, or financial advice.
- Clients experiencing severe mental health concerns are encouraged to seek support from licensed healthcare professionals.
Policy Updates
- Fristy Sato reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
- Updated versions will be published on the official website, and continued participation in services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
