By using this website and participating in coaching sessions or other services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Purpose of Agreement

This sacred agreement establishes the terms of your participation in the private coaching and mentorship experiences offered by Fristy Sato, including the THRIVE Feminine Leadership Immersion, THRIVE Private Temple, and other transformational containers.

This is not a casual coaching experience. This is energetic, emotional, and spiritual leadership work — and we honor it with mutual responsibility, sovereignty, and clarity.

2. Coaching Services

Fristy Sato provides trauma-informed, soul-aligned coaching rooted in the THRIVE Method™, blending energy mastery, subconscious reprogramming, divine feminine embodiment, and leadership activation. These services are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

You, the client, acknowledge that this work is sacred, non-linear, and based on personal responsibility, not outsourcing healing or leadership.

3. What to Expect from Our Time Together

Part 1: General Information

• Sessions are typically 120 minutes, held biweekly online unless otherwise agreed.
• You’ll receive access to curated rituals, voice support (Voxer/email), and digital resources aligned with your phase of THRIVE.
• Scheduling is via Google Calendar; punctuality and presence are sacred agreements.

Commitment: You agree to show up with openness, responsibility, and respect for your own transformation. You commit to doing the inner work required between sessions.

Part 2: Before Starting a Session

• Make sure you have accessed your Gmail account.
• Choose a time slot that suits your schedule.
• Then, check your Google Calendar. There will be a meeting invitation. Click the link in the invitation to join.

Part 3: Participation and Responsibilities

By participating in this consultation program, you are fully responsible for active participation, maintaining confidentiality of information, and achieving the set goals. The results of the consultation will be greatly influenced by your commitment and actions.

You are Responsible For:

• Your healing and transformation process
• Taking aligned action with integrity
• Practicing the tools, rituals, and frameworks given
• Honoring your emotional safety and setting boundaries as needed

I am Responsible For:

• Holding sacred, trauma-informed space
• Offering intuitive guidance, tools, and transmissions
• Maintaining energetic clarity and ethical integrity
• Upholding the highest standard of coaching ethics (IICT & ABNLP)

3.1 Energetic Expectations & Agreements

This work is sacred. It is not for the curious—it is for the called.

By entering this container, you energetically agree to the following:

From You:

• Openness: You are willing to meet your shadows with love and courage.
• Sovereignty: You take radical responsibility for your emotions, choices, and energy.
• Devotion: You honor this mentorship as sacred, not transactional.
• Consent: You affirm all terms via fristysato.my.id/agreement

What This Is Not

This is not a healing circle. This is a leadership temple. I do not exist to soothe your wounds—I exist to awaken your power.

You are not here to be coddled. You are here to rise. Therefore:

• I will not “heal” you. → I will guide you to become the woman who heals and leads herself.
• I will not validate pain for comfort. → I will alchemize it with you—into clarity, wisdom, and liberation.
• I will not carry your suffering for you. → I will mirror your capacity to end it with sovereign grace.
• I will not coach from co-dependency. → This work is for those who are already walking the path—and ready to embody the next level of their power.

This is not therapy. This is not advice. This is sacred remembrance.

Readiness for Sacred Leadership

This space is for women who are no longer just “healing”— hey are leading, creating, and rising into divine feminine power.

You are Ready If:

• You feel a deep, intuitive YES—even if it scares you
• You’ve already done foundational healing (therapy, self-work, etc.)
• You’re here to embody your voice, power, and visibility
• You show up consistently, pay responsibly, and honor sacred time
• You take aligned action—even through resistance

This is not for you if:

• You expect to be “fixed” without participating
• You blame, collapse into victimhood, or avoid feedback
• You are in active crisis, unregulated trauma states, or need clinical support
• You approach sacred work with price-shopping energy
• You regularly cross emotional or time boundaries with others

Part 4: Payment

Payments made are non-refundable.

Part 5: Scheduling and Cancellation

• All sessions will be scheduled via Google Calendar.
• Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
• Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled
• Sessions are sacred and cannot be “rolled over” unless otherwise agreed
• Excessive cancellations may lead to program termination

Part 6: Code of Ethics

As an IICT and American Board of NLP accredited coach, I, Fristy (Tania) Sato, am bound by the IICT code of ethics as stated on the following page and the American Board of NLP code of ethics as stated on the following page. This means that I, as a coach, cannot violate this code of ethics and cannot fulfill client requests that are outside/violate this code of ethics. I believe this is important to maintain the professionalism and integrity of the coaching services I provide. I uphold confidentiality, integrity, and sovereign co-creation. My work is not diagnostic or therapeutic. I will refer out if I feel you need clinical or psychiatric care beyond this scope.

Part 7: Coach's Rights

The Coach has the right to stop the session if there is a violation of these terms and conditions.

Part 8: Agreement

By submitting your contact information and making a payment, you have agreed to all these terms and conditions.

Part 9: About Coaching Services

9.1 Program Participation

By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to actively participate in all sessions and adhere to the guidance and recommendations provided by the coach. Participation in coaching sessions is voluntary, and you understand that your progress depends on your own effort and commitment.

9.2 Confidentiality

I prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your written consent.

9.3 No Guarantees

The Coach does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the coaching process. Personal growth and transformation depend on various factors, including your own commitment and actions.

9.4 Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own progress, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching sessions. The coach's role is to offer guidance and support; however, the primary responsibility for achieving goals rests with you.

9.5 Ethical Conduct

The Coach is committed to upholding high ethical standards as defined by recognized coaching organizations. All interactions will be conducted professionally and respectfully.

9.6 Scheduling and Cancellation of Sessions​

Sessions will be scheduled using Google Calendar. Please provide a valid Gmail address and WhatsApp number to facilitate scheduling and communication. You are responsible for checking your Google Calendar at least one day before your session to confirm the time and date. To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 2 days' notice for cancellation and 3 days' notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled, depending on coach availability.

9.7 Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable and reflect a commitment to the transformational process
• If you're on a payment plan, you are still responsible for all payments even if you choose to discontinue before the program ends
• Resources, bonus access, and course materials will be released after payment confirmation

9.8 Commitment to Sessions

By enrolling in the coaching program, you commit to attending all scheduled sessions and completing any assignments or exercises given by the coach to maximize your progress.

9.9 Termination of Services

• I have the right to terminate the program if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if there is disruptive or inappropriate behavior. If the coaching relationship is terminated, there will be no refund for remaining sessions.
• I reserve the right to end the program if there is consistent boundary violation, disrespect, or misalignment with the energy of the container. No refunds will be granted in such cases.

9.10 Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in the coaching program.

9.11 Confidentiality

Everything shared in session is confidential. Exceptions apply only in cases of risk to personal safety or as required by law. I hold all your stories with deep reverence and discretion.

Part 10: Additional Provisions

10.1 Sacred Boundaries: No Drama, No Gossip, No Victimhood

During coaching sessions, it is strictly prohibited to spread negative energy such as:

• Repeatedly venting without intending to find solutions.
• Complaining without self-reflection.
• Judging or belittling others' experiences.
• Discussing politics, sensitive issues, negative news, celebrity gossip, irrelevant life complaints, complaints about the government, economic conditions, or anything else that lowers vibrations.
• No trauma dumping without willingness to shift
• No political, gossip, or low-frequency rants
• No bypassing or “fix me” energy — we rise together, in responsibility and grace

This is not a place to complain, but a place to grow! If you only need a place to vent without wanting to grow and change, then I don't think I'm the right coach for you.

10.2 I am a Coach, Not a Therapist or Psychologist

I am here as a Coach, not a psychologist or psychiatrist.

• I can help you understand emotional patterns, heal using specific methods and approaches, use coaching frameworks to improve your mindset, use NLP techniques and other mindset reprogramming, heal your inner child, and more.
• I cannot give clinical diagnoses, treat severe trauma such as PTSD that requires medical treatment, schizophrenia, other mental illnesses, or prescribe medication.
• If you need further assistance, I strongly recommend consulting a mental health professional.

10.3 This Program Only for Those Who:

• Are ready, willing, and able to change.
• Are open to learning and receiving feedback.
• Are coachable → willing to listen to guidance and instructions, curious, and prepared to show up with grace
• Are responsible for their own healing and manifestation journey.
• Are not in a victim mentality.
• Are spiritually mature women ready to lead with soul
• Individuals committed to healing generational patterns and embodying their legacy
• Leaders ready to awaken their Divine Feminine Power

If you are still blaming others, circumstances, or the past without any intention of changing, I suggest not joining until you are ready.

10.4 This Program Is NOT for:

• Individuals unwilling to take responsibility for their emotions or energy
• Those expecting external fixes without internal change
• People unwilling to be guided, held, and challenged with love
• Anyone navigating untreated severe trauma or mental illness requiring psychiatric support

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.

5. Consent

By submitting payment and engaging with these services, you agree to this sacred coaching agreement. You affirm that you are physically, emotionally, and financially ready to commit to this journey of transformation.
