Payment and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your wellness and personal development needs. By making a payment for our coaching services, you agree to the following Payment and Refund Policy:


Payment Methods

  • Payment for coaching sessions or packages must be made in full before the start of the first session.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, QRIS, Virtual Account, Credit Card, and PayPal.
  • All payments should be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise agreed upon.


Payment Due Date

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or payment request. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in scheduling your coaching sessions or accessing materials.
  • If you purchase a coaching package, the total cost should be paid upfront before starting the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


No Refund Policy

  • All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. This applies to both single session purchases and multi-session coaching packages.
  • Once payment is made, you agree to commit to the coaching program, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you complete the full program or not.


Rescheduling Sessions

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please give us at least 3 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on coach availability.
  • If less than 3 days’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may not be rescheduled, and no refunds or credits will be provided for the missed session.


Session Cancellation by Coach

  • If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will arrange an alternative session at a mutually agreed-upon time.
  • If the coach is unable to provide a session and an alternative cannot be arranged, you may be eligible for a refund for that specific session.


Expiration​

Coaching packages must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. After this period, any unused sessions will expire, and no refunds will be issued for the unused sessions.


Commitment to the Program

  • By making payment, you agree to actively participate in the coaching sessions and complete any assignments or exercises provided to maximize the benefits of the program.
  • Coaching is a process that requires commitment and effort from both the coach and the client. Therefore, refunds are not available due to lack of participation or dissatisfaction with coaching results, as this is dependent on your individual efforts and actions.


Changes to Payment and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
