About Coaching Services
Program Participation
By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to participate actively in all sessions and adhere to the guidance and recommendations provided by the coach. Participation in coaching sessions is voluntary, and you understand that your progress depends on your own effort and commitment.
Confidentiality
We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with your written consent.
No Guarantee
The coach does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the coaching process. Personal growth and transformation depend on various factors, including your own commitment and actions.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own progress, decisions, and actions during and after coaching sessions. The coach’s role is to offer guidance and support; however, the primary responsibility for achieving goals lies with you.
Ethical Conduct
The coach is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards as defined by recognized coaching bodies. All interactions will be conducted professionally and respectfully.
Scheduling and Cancellation of Sessions
Sessions will be scheduled using Google Calendar. Please provide a valid Gmail address and WhatsApp number to facilitate scheduling and communication. You are responsible for checking your Google Calendar at least one day prior to your session to confirm the time and date. To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 1 day’s notice for cancellation and 3 days’ notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled, depending on coach availability.
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Commitment to Sessions
By enrolling in a coaching program, you commit to attending all scheduled sessions and completing any assignments or exercises given by the coach to maximize your progress.
Termination of Services
The coach has the right to terminate the coaching relationship if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if there is any disruptive or inappropriate behavior. If the coaching relationship is terminated, no refunds will be issued for remaining sessions.
Limitation of Liability
The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in the coaching program.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
